Between work, family responsibilities, and the demands of everyday life, finding time for your own wellness can feel impossible.
Qurated Pilates was created to change that.
I wanted to build a space where movement feels welcoming, community feels genuine, and parents don't have to choose between caring for themselves and caring for their families.

Can I bring more than one child?
Absolutely. 🤍 We welcome families of all sizes. Memberships include Playroom access based on your plan, and additional children can be accommodated through Single Playroom Visits or Playroom Passes, subject to staffing, safety, and space availability.
Do I need Pilates experience?
No experience required. Our classes are designed to be welcoming and beginner-friendly.
